Auditing Accounts
The collection process is governed by many federal and state laws and regulations.
Debt Credit Services conducts its business operations in full compliance with all federal,
state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the reporting on or collection
of its accounts, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( set out in Subchapter V of
the Consumer Credit Protection Act 15 U.S.C.A. 1601, et seq.), as well as in regulations including
without limitation all statute of limitation requirements.
