Debt Credit Services is proud to announce that we have upgraded our telphone sytems to the Tadiran "Coral" Telecommunication System. Among the features of this system are:
- We can set the system to auto transfer to the collector unit after business hours
- We can set the system to auto voice mail after the collection department closes
- We can allow clients to "remote monitor" from their own office our collectors working the accounts.
We believe that this system will allow us to better serve you and make the collection process more accessible to you, our valued clients.
